You don't, not without destroying the safe. You'll have to drill out the lock mechanism to get what's kept inside. Once you do that, the safe is useless.
Some safes come with a key to open it with when this happens.key hole is cancelled under or near the keypad...not sure if yours is one of them.or there maybe a slot to plug in a battery pack .good luck..hope I have helped.
Try taking a 9 v battery and hold the terminals against the metal frame of the safe. If this works you should be able to enter your code and get her open. Then you can replace the 4 AA batteries on the back of the door. Good luck
Locksmiths say this is how to install sentry safe batteries slide open the battery cover located just below the keypad. Insert a paper clip or pen point into the small hole in the cover. Push in while sliding cover to the right. Disconnect and remove the battery holder. Insert the 4-batteries as indicated. reconnect the connector and put back the battery holder. Slide the cover back in place.

it sounds like the selinoid went bad or stuck this pulls the plunger down to release the handle, you might be able to take out the key pad and determine the 2 wires that go to selinoid jumper them out with a nine volt battery good luck. p.s. this could ruin your safe, be carefull. bigds keys
If you have the small electronic Bunker Hill safe with lost keys and dead batteries, this is a potential solution...
Take a hammer and strike the top of the safe while attempting to open at the same time. You may need to place on object on top of the safe such as a flip flop shoe to strike with hammer to smooth out the pressure when striking. It should pop open after several attempts.
