You would need to get a whole new board to match the output pins.

Testimonial: "That's the problem; the manufacturer no longer makes the original board and have a replacement that is supposed to be installed with an adapter wiring harness but I can't seem to fund the adapter harness from the manufacturer."

How to wire cd player up in 2000 chevrolet malibu

I just discovered there are wiring harness adapters as I used one on my car to install a new cd player recently. I found this one on the internet not sure if it is the same car you have.
http://www.installer.com/item/display_item.php?it=71-1858
then you can buy a harness adapter from this adapter to the make of cd player like as an example Kenwood Cd player adapter.

A car auto store may know about these wiring harness adapters the advantage of using them is it makes it easy to install the cd player and if you ever decide to change the cd player in the future you can buy the adapter suited to the future player and plug it into the malibu car wiring adapter as the car adapter converts the factory wiring into a universal wiring standard.

A tip
make sure the radio and cd player works and the climate control work properly before completely re assembling the dash board .
I forgot the aerial cable plug !

I used Aeropro brand of wiring harness for my car that I got from
Car Accessory store in my country . I had to cut one wire and connect it to Pontrol to get my power aerial to work correctly. Which the store salesman helped me work out which wire controlled the cars power aerial

Frigidaire defrost control board p/n: 241508001 Like seen on the picture had a piece burned , i want to know what is that compnent name and the component number or name. I'm electronics technician and...

we call that a bad board... you dont get to replace components on an appliance control board. just look for the least expensive place to buy a new board and order it.

Fridge side stays cold for about 3 weeks or less and loose temperature, turn off for 1 hour and its back to normal.

Some newer refrigerators have been using an electronic board instead of an mechanical defrost timer. The adaptive defrost control does the same job as the defrost timer ( shuts off the refrigerator cooling items and redirects the power to the defrost heater for the defrosting cycle, then redirects the power to the compressor and fans to come back on when the defrost cycle is over ). This adaptive defrost system is a bit different when testing, normally speaking if the defrost heater and defrost thermostat ohm ok, we replace the adaptive defrost board.

Where is defrost timer in maytag MSD2756GEQ SxS

Inside the refrig section at the top about 2" in from each side in the back , there are "D" slots to put a finger in , and pull downward and foreward , to remove the control panel cover . Once removed , there is a 1/4" screw on each side holding the adjustment indicator panel on , 1 phillips screw behind both light bulbs , and 1 screw holding the complete panel to the rear wall . After removing these 5 screws , at the top right corner , with about 6-8 wires going to it , is the adaptive defrost board . Sometimes you can see the electronic board and on newer refrig's , a white box will be seen. Inside this box , is the adaptive defrost control

Freezer is icing up in the back of the freezer behind cover

If your model is the GLHS269ZDB0 the most likely cause for this is the adaptive defrost control Click Here=> Adaptive Defrost Control
P/N: 241508001
-These refrigerators are a little tricky when it comes to adaptive defrost so stick with me on this one because when they go bad strange things will happen. Freezer works fine but no cold in refrigerator

Because Your model has an adaptive defrost board Part number Click Here=> 241508001 it is the most likely reason for the defrost or not cooling problem. Frost or snow will be collecting on the freezer walls. Click Here=> Frigidaire Controls FRS6LF7JW3 number 23 is the adaptive defrost and 115 is the auto damper and I need you to make sure it is opening and closing properly. This refrigerator is a little complex because the thermostat, auto dampre and Adaptive defrost are all wired together so don't give up until we locate the one of the three causing the problem. setting warmer freezer should open damper and cause colder fresh food. Stick with me on this. If need you may contact me here on Fixya or my Forum=> Appliance 911 My contact information is located above the Fixya Ad on my blog here=> Sea Breeze Appliance Parts and Technical Services, www.pcappliancerepair.com

Click here=> Wiring Diagram note wire 6 goes to auto damper so if ADC board or a thermostat defevtive that will be the cause.

Frigidaire side by side frigerator freezer keeps freezing up. HAve to unplug to defrost and it works ok for about a week, then no longer cools frig side but frosts up the entire freezer area. unit 9 years...

I too had an aging frig with a similar problem. It's probably either your defrost timer or the defrost heating element. If you're handy, you can troubleshoot the problem yourself by following the suggestions found here. It's not a complicated fix, but if you are uncomfortable taking your refrigerator apart, then contacting a qualified repair person may be your best bet. Hope this information helps!

Blows warm air, unpluged it for 2 days plugged back in blew very

Either the start relay and start capacitor or the Adaptive Defrost control is burned out. If you have a voltage meter we can test a few things like the compressor and the capasitor. The part number for the Adaptive defrost is 241508001 and found inside the fresh food compartment behind the control panel. I can help you locate the problem if you like. Let me know, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Frigidaire glhs269zcb2 ice forming in freezer. defrost timer suspected to be faulty. can't locate, help . thank you

your refrigerator does not have a conventional defrost timer. it has an adaptive defrost control board. it looks like a white plastic box with a wire harness plugged into it. it may be inside the refrigerator with the control knobs. the problem could also be caused by the defrost heater or thermostat, both in the freezer behind the block of ice. b94e12c.jpg
