Knocking out the power to the power box suggests the RCD or ELCB tripped, rather an MCB?

When the RCD or ELCB trips it is because some current is leaking to ground - either because of a fault in the wiring, power cord or most likely the appliance.

Lots of such faults are intermittent for a time before becoming permanent. Steam irons are particularly prone and washing machines; usually caused by a small water leak...

SOURCE: Fuse blown

sounds like the smpsu (power supply)is faulty.
if the fuse is black inside it means there is a s/c
on the psu if the fuse is clean it generally means
a faulty component on the board.
Either way replace or repair psu.
mongrelken.

SOURCE: LG 1412RD Tips main fuse.

You have a dead short either in your breaker box or the plug in. Chances are it is your receptacle.

SOURCE: Cigarette lighter doesn't work

try a google search for online fuse box diagram for your car
list make and exact model like accord ls, dx, ex, whatever it is. I tried to scan/paste a diagram here but it would not be undestandable as it jumbled it up.

SOURCE: LG LFC23760SW stopped working-no power. Power

Unplug the unit and remove the board cover. The fuses are soldered in but can be changed with a soldering iron. They are glass and easily spotted on the board.

SOURCE: there are 2 lighter plugs

{: ) There are two fuses that protect the front IP power outlet or lighter plugs. At the underhood fuse block, labeled CIG LTR 15amps and AUX PWR 20amps. See red arrows on diagram below.
The fuse on the driver side door fuse block labeled AUX PWR2 20amps protects the rear lighter plugs.

Testimonial: "Just noticed that I could respond to this. I found this shortly after you posted it and found the under the hood fuse box and the blown fuse. Thank you. Was then able to get the code for the check engine light. That problem was never fixed but stopped happening when the weather got cooler."

LG WT-H800 Fuzzy Logic. Everytimes I turn on the power. "PE" error code will appear. What does it mean & how could I solve the problem.

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

For LG's 'PE' stands for '(water) Pressure Error'

If you have checked that the hot and cold water taps are turned on fully and the hoses are not kinked or squashed at the back, it is worth while checking both the hot and cold water inlet filters. Turn the taps off and remove both hoses at the washer end. Inside each inlet port there is normally a little filter which should just slide out. Clean if necessary and replace each one and the hoses. If after turning the taps back on there is no improvement, the problem is symptomatic of a malfunctioning hot or cold water control valve. Sorry but it needs a service call and a check that it isn't the control PCB ;-0(

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck,
John C

Dead LG WF-T8016TP washing machine

Well I found the problem - fuse had blown.

There is a circuit diagram on the back of the washer that allowed me to locate the fuse. Take off the rear top plastic panel (behind the folding lid) by removing the two screws on the back. Inside close to the power cord you will find a fuse holder and an in-line ceramic fuse, 125V 12A. I checked mine for continuity and it had blown (as to why, I don't know yet - maybe the motor drew too much current with a large wash load?) - anyways, I replaced the fuse and everything works now!
