If the big knob in the bean hopper is on a small #, that could be your problem. try opening the knob to the largest # and try again. If it clears and makes a cup, then on the next cup, while the grinder is operating turn the knob down again, but to a larger # than you had before. Grounds can get compacted in the chamber and prevent new grounds from entering. That is why it grinds but doesn't make a coffee. If that doesn't help, try opening the door above the brew unit funnel when the brew units is out. It should pull down on a hinge. This is the clicking you hear when you make a coffee.

Just let it run the cycle,don't press any buttons.
When it runs out of water refill it and let it continue.
I get this problem a lot,

Gaggia Titanium, cycle is stuck on rinse and does not complete.


This problem is common on Gaggias. Sometimes if you wait 30 minutes or more, the machine will complete the cycle and go back to normal functions.
Just wait to allow time for the rinse cycle to complete, when machine is stuck it can take over 30 mins.
You can do this by continuing to fill up the water resovoir four or five times to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own.

If that doesn't work contact Gaggia, US number is 888-389-4123, for contact number in your area consult your user manual.

Gaggias may give you some trouble of this kind from time to time, but they are good Italian brand coffeemakers, and the coffee is usually really great.

If it's stuck in rinse keep adding water until the cycle is complete.

Go into you menu and turn off the rinse. You don't need it. If you want to rinse push the scoop button and then the large coffee but don't put anything in to make coffee.

The rinsing cycle stays on and DOES not pump water

Try first to continue filling up the water resovoir (UP TO FOUR times) to see if the machine completes the rinse cycle on its own. If that doesn't work contact Gaggia Customer Service in the US at 888-389-4123. Sally there was VERY helpful and should be able to resolve your problem.
