I have a Gold's Gym Crosswalk 570 treadmill The console doesn't power on. I took the panel (by the belt) off and everything is properly connected and it has power. How can I get power to the control panel?

have you lubricated the belt ?

the walking belt needs to be lubed with a good silicone lubricant. this is put under the walking belt

There is a power switch on the back of treadmill. Flip switch.

ok measure the 8-12Vdc coming from Controller Board Motor, 2) Tight very well the connector coming from C.B.Motor up the console and clean with electronic cleaner contats. 3) Clean the magnet switch very well. 4) If after this the problem persist TIME to replace the complete Console LCD, The power supply, CPU, fail.

Hello,

The fan control goes through the console, and if both of them quit......... well you need a new console. The power comes from the small circut board inside the console. You can get a new one at iconservice.com.

recently purchased a crosswalk 570 treadmill and used it and it worked fine but when we tried to use it today the machine made a strange noise under the hood. we noticed that the belt on the track was slightly rubbing against the hood. How can we fix it?
