Scanner s3845 cdn is not working. I have error 062-380. I did Factory Reset, didin't help.

I have not checked the phone number associated with the video and after you try these tips suggest you try Dell Support rather than the phone number.

Did you disconnect the scanner from any other device and then power if off and on and try any 'test' function with it so disconnected.

You might try reinstalling the software for the printer.

If under warranty, this might just get you a refurbished scanner.

My coolpix 500 will flash when I depress shutter button but will not take picture

Have you tested another memorycard, if another memorycard is not available, it might help to transfer photos to another device (PC, etc) and format the memorycard in-camera.

Also a factory reset might work. You can find the device manual at:

Nikon Coolpix L 810

It would help to know if the lens extends when you turn on the camera. Assuming it does and that you have made a setting error rather than a functional issue; reset your menu settings. If you do not have a copy of the L810 instruction manual, you can download it for free at http://cdn-10.nikon-cdn.com/pdf/manuals/coolpix/L810RM_CH(11)03.pdf. Go to page 65 and follow the reset instructions. If you still have the problem, contact Nikon Service at 1-800-645-6687 between 9AM and 8PM EST, Monday through Friday for a repair estimate and instructions.

Scenner error 17 solutation plz help

I have checked for scanner error code 17 and have found nothing.

I would suggest a good cleaning and blowout of the system.

afterwards, I would reset to factory defaults

Heap error message on a pro scanner 106. heap error 21DB1F: 21E2 how to correct this issue


  • Turn the scanner on.
  • Press "0"
  • Press "1"
  • Press "ENT"
  • Now press any key
  • Now press any key again.

  • Somewhere along the line you programmed a talk group into your scanner that does not have any association with any trunking system and your scanner did not like it. You can either find the codes and erase them individually or the hard reset (reset to factory default) by following the steps above.

We can not get the scanner to reset to the factory defaults.

Hello,

I am not sure if you try this yet,

If you scan the bar code located on page 14 from the manual (link below) it should reset the scanner back to factory default

Solution five: Reset the product

Step one: Perform a partial reset
  1. Disconnect the power cord from the product.
  2. Press and hold # and 3 while reconnecting the power cord to the product, and then release both buttons.
  3. Try making a color copy by pressing the Start Copy Color button on the product control panel.
    • If the partial reset resolves the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
    • If the error message displays again, proceed to the next step to try a semi-full reset.
Step two: Perform a semi-full reset CAUTION: Performing a semi-full reset deletes any saved phone numbers on the product.
  1. Disconnect the power cord from the product.
  2. Press and hold # and 6 while reconnecting the power cord to the product, and then release both buttons.
  3. Try making a color copy by pressing the Start Copy Color button on the product control panel.
    • If the semi-full reset resolves the issue, you do not need to continue troubleshooting.
    • If the error message displays again, proceed to the next solution.
