1995 explorer wont start--no fuel pressure , relay is ok.it started and ran fine all day yesterday. I just bought it not long ago , it acts up when it wants to. 20 amp relay fuse is ok.It has an aftermarket alarm. I dont know if it cuts the fuel off. It has a pushbutton under the dash which either puts the alarm in valet mode or arming mode. When in arming mode(no dash light) i use the factory remote to arm both alarms. When in valet mode dash light is on steady.

Check the fuel pump fuse and relay, if it's OK, you have a bad fuel pump. About the no spark, could be many things Ignition coil, distributor (if so equipment) , main shaft position sensor, computer problem Good Luck
There's a computer controlled circuit that will kill fuel pressure on some cars right at the last inlet valve at the fuel rail.A bad key or ignition can cause this. don-ohio
had a 2000 blazer 4.3 wouldnt start in really cold enviroment..... ended up being the FUEL PUMP RELAY.... it still running good... bout every ther day or so... but it acted like your truck
CHECK SHRADER VALVE ON FUEL RAIL FOR PRESSURE. IT IS COMMON FOR PUMP'S TO GO OUT. YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE LISTEN TO TANK FOR A BUZZ NOISE ON KEY CYCLES OR TEST FUEL PUMP CONNECTOR HARNESS FOR POWER. TRY KEEPING AT LEAST QUARTER TANK AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP FUEL PUMP COOL,SOME PEOPLE DRIVE ON LOW AQLL TIMES AND KEEPS PUMP HOT CAUSING PREMATURE FAILURE.
