We had just put a load in the washer and we thought it went through the whole cycle but opened it up and all the clothes were still wet. Then we tried it again and it showed "LO" on the screen, and then the Start/Pause button starts blinking
The manual for this model says the washer has tried unsuccessfully to unlock the washer. It suggests you ensure the door is firmly closed and to try again, if this fails then to unplug your unit for 2 minutes to allow the circuit board to reset.
So far as the clothes being wet, you may have a situation where the load became unbalanced and the drum struck the interior floor of the washer where a switch is located. This swich is designed to stop an unbalanced spin cycle from damaging the machine. To reset this, remove the four screws inside the doors opening. This will remove the door and allow you to pull off the face of the washer. On the base of the drum where you will find a switch. Depress (push upwards) on the button and ensure it is in the outer most position to reset the switch.
