How do i turn the keypad sound off on samsung tocco lite cant find answer in manual

I had the same problem so called Samsung UK. Take following action: Choose - Phone Profiles/Normal/red chevrons/top right drop down menu/choose phone sounds/scroll to bottom phone sound volume, put to zero and press save. It works! Hope this helps. Julie J
The above answer is incorrect - All this does is set your profile to the same as silent - your ringtones and text tones will now also be silent - It is not possible to turn just the keypad tones off - i have spoken to Samsung as i was trying to sort out this same problem on my phone last year.
The above answer is correct you enter settings, phone profiles and enter chevron then in the top right hand corner you drop down phone sounds scroll down and turn volume down job done.

Well done JJ! I too have been trying to work it out. What is the problem with the manual for the Tocco? The most simple things are not explained. Thank goodness for the internet. Anyway, further proof it does work. Thanks again!
