SOURCE: fuser error 50.2

1) First thing is check power source. If you have the printer plugged into a UPS (uninterruptilbe power source) unplug it and plug it directly into the wall. If it is plugged into the wall you might want to try a different outlet to see if it solves the problem.
2) Remove and reinstall the fuser. It may not have seated properly.
#) Make sure you installed the correct fuser. Should be RM1-1082. There should be a sticker on the fuser with this number. See the following article for more info. http://www.partsnow.com/service_today/0705.asp

If you still have the old fuser check also that it is a RM1-1082. If not you may have a euro version machine which would require a different fuser.

If the fusers match up you should check the voltage coming to the fuser if possible. If there is 100- 127 volts where the fuser plugs in you probably got a bad fuser or it was damaged in transit. If there is low voltage or no voltage you may have a board problem. Probably DC controller or Power Supply.

SOURCE: hp laserjet 1320 printing blank pages

Hi, If you have replaced the toner acrtridge and still the printer is printing blank pages than it please make sure you have removed the maler strip of the toner cartridge if yes than perform engine test page of the printer wherein remove the side panel and there is a small button to press and it print engine test page and that will bypass the formatter if the engine test page is also blanik than it is the issue with transfer roller (Which create the image) Power Supply( Create image on transfer roller) or Laser/Scanner assmbly which creates the laser image on transfer and all these three parts are not customer replacable(Hardware Issue) and customer need to get the printer repaired by HP Authorised Engineer.

I have a HP 1320 printer that doesn't fuse properly on the first few pages. After a few pages it is okay. I have replaced the fuser unit already, it did not change. Thanks

That suggests to me that a temp sensor is faulty. It's allowing print jobs before the fuser has reached the proper temperature.

When i trunn on and when i want print all ways stuck

if you see brown marks on the center top of your page then its your feed roller... hp feed rollers come out easy... Get some rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer solution and clean with a paper towel... Make sure to dry your feed rollers then put them back in... that should clear up your issue... if that still does not work you may need to replace feed rollers

HP LASERJET 1320 FEED ROLLERS TRAY 2

If it feeds ok but gets stuck at the back then chances are your fuser is bad. The belt is most likely ripped.

Laserjet 1320 is printing a streak down the left side of the page. I replaced the fuser and toner. What's next?

Checking the paper path for ink deposits might be the solution. I had a similar problem sometime ago, where the fuser got some scratch damage for unknown reasons and i suppose was causing unfused ink to accumulate after the fuser, leaving streaks on paper.

My HP 1320 is crinkling every page. I've cleaned everything, changed the toner cartridge, but still have the problem. Ideas?

If the crinkle is a fanning or accordion, it is time for you to replace the Fuser.

This is almost always the reason.

Other then that, small pieces of paper can be stuck in the printing path, often behind the fuser.

Removing the back cover, and then the fuser is the best choice.

Your User Manual provided with the device shall explain how to remove the fuser, though it is relatively simple with limited tools.

Paper Jam HP LaserJet 1320

hi,

try to check the maintenance kit of you printer, the possible cause of that are the two main parts of fuser assembly one is the upper roller which is the fixing assembly w/ fuser sleeve try to look at it if it has a silicon paste, if not apply a silicon. the other one is the lower roller which is the pressure roller. check it if you think that it's soo soft rather than the original you need to replace it..

when you done that things your unit is good condition again..

thanks,
