Possible bind in one or more of the developer units. Replace as needed.Sec. 11 Page 11-61 it talks about Paper Feed Drive Motor, it is thesame motor as the Black Developer Drive Motor.
For L4-04 swap those two motors around to troubleshoot bad motor

This mean you have low temp. on heat lamp 2 program interput clear interrupt 14 print may clear this code. if not you can look at the fusing unit and reset thrmo breaker that may be pop off.

F2 usually means its a component failure that should be looked at by a technician. You could trying turning it off wait 30 seconds and turn it back on again to see if it goes away.
