I have installed the software for Nimcard Express and when i tried opening the desktop icon of the product, i am getting a window to register/verify. i provided the CD serial number and the authorisation code (user registration code is auto generated) but it didn't accept. I am getting a error message "sorry, the sequence number is wrong". I need your help in resolving this issue and start using this product immediately. Thanks.

Thanks so much! I tried business card holder and find very satisfied about it. Especially its newest app: CF 2.0 helps me to easily search card photos without internet connection.

Try first to uninstall/reinstall the Pinnacle Express and hopefully that will fix this concern..

To answer your question: You will need to re-install the Nimcard Express software for the scanner to work properly. It is needed as the OCR software for the scanner. If you need a newer version, there are plenty of them to choose from on eBay!

If you were able to open the Quickbooks before then you can try these steps:

Run reboot.bat to register QuickBooks files in Microsoft Windows:

1. Open the folder containing the reboot.bat file:
   • Windows 7 or Vista: Right-click the QuickBooks icon on your desktop and select Open file location.
   • Window XP:
     1. Right-click the QuickBooks icon on your desktop and select Properties.
     2. Click Find Target.
2. Double-click the reboot.bat file.
3. Restart the computer - Reopen Quickbooks.

If these would not work:
You have to reinstall Quickbooks.

Try to install the software on your computer first. Here are the steps:

1. Close all software applications that are open on your computer (including anti-virus software).
