My samsung turns on andfreezes on the verizon screen

You switched a memory/ display with a power wire

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

I think you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get rid of such a condition. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will set your phone to its factory defaults, thus deleting all your personal data, as well as all programs you have installed. Your user manual describes how to perform a hard reset, but here are the instructions, anyway: slide your device open, to landscape position.Then, press and hold both the action button and the reset pin (with the stylus pen) for a couple of seconds. Release the reset pin first, then the Action key.

Try turning it on and off. If this does not work go into the verison store and ask them for help. AT&T may be the soulution.

try formatting the phone memory....if that fails try updating the firmware! Remove memory card in all tests

on the bottom of the mp3 player there is a very little button that u need a needle to push its the reset button sometimes these mp3 freeze and u must push the reset button it u dont loose any music or saved files anything like that it just basically turns the mp3 player off for u so that u can then turn it on using the play and pause button on the side of the mp3 player if this doesnt work the i guess tuff nooges

Ok it sounds like a simple setting error..
Turn system off then on and let the red light show up.
Then push the power button down for 5 sec and/or wait until it beeps.. it will reset itself and turn back on.. still nothing? do it up to 10 times and let me know if this is not the issue thanks!!
