If your camera uses a SD memory card then the write protect switch maybe on.
SD and Micro SD memory cards has a smallslide switch on the edge of the card, which write protects data on the memorycard. Slide the switch from the READ position tothe WRITE position, which is furthest away from the contacts.

This tip will explain how to remove the write protect from your SD Card.

This is a easy fix and won't take a minute.

First remove your SD Card from your device. You will see on the side of the SD Card that there is a small switch. If your SD Card complains about being write protected simply put the switch in the opposite position. Some of the SD Cards even have the word LOCK on near the switch indicating the direction the switch must be to LOCK the card.



Once the switch is changed you can put the SD Card back into your device and the problem of write protection would be solved.

If there is nothing valuable on the card, and you have tried to accept the suggestion to format the card but it does not help, then you could put it into the PC (or a separate USB card reader for the PC). Go to my Computer and right click on the card's icon. This will bring up the format options. Format it and format it again in the camera. Hope this helps

You don't. The FE-210 uses the xD picture card.

Use a separate card reader. Works every time.

Make sure the camera is on and the batteries are fresh before you connect to your computer.
Not all usb plugs are the same. You may need a specific one for your camera.
Also you may try taking the sd card to a photo shop like Walmart. They may print the picture for you.

No this is not possible. Olympus is using the xD-Picture Card.
If you get an microSD to xD adapter (Olympus MASD-1 adapter) it is possible to use Micro SD Cards.

yes take your sd card ok and buy a sd card reader usb then it will show up trafer off sd card to hard drive then u can formatt that sd card again thx for using fix ya
