thanks to this site I just solved my problem! My washer would not spin.
I opened the little door in the front of my washer and drained the water, took the filter out and discovered an old quarter and debris. I removed them both and my washer began to spin perfectly.thanks to this site I just solved my problem! My washer would not spin.

Bent pinched or clooged drain hose. Other cause may be the drain filter in the front of the machine. (The small door on the lower left of the machine) With a pan, remove the cap and drain water from the small tube. Then open the larger cap and clean out the lint. This should solve the problem.

It could be a couple of things going on. Most common problens are the spin bearing and the basket drive. The cluth may be wearing out or it could be the drive belt. I would check the first two first. If you have a question. let me know. I am here to help. Thanks for using FixYa.
when on spin check to see if you can hear a low whirring noise {the pump} if the machine is not pumping or not pumping fast enough for sufficient water to drain out of the machine then the machine will not spin due to having to much water in. i would also check to see if all filters on the waste water output are clear of any foreign bodies as this will reduce the speed of which the water is pumped out of the machine{some machines have 2 filters } good luck
Your symptoms that indicates a broken motor coupler. If your washer will
drain and fill but has not agitation action or spinning action that
would indicate a broken motor coupler. The motor coupler links the
drive motor to the transmission.
The SUDS message relates to overdose of detergent detected during the Wash Cycle.
This may signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent or excessive suds.
If too much detergent was used, run the washer through a Rinse/Spin cycle, then a Normal cycle, without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the excess detergent.
Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Good luck!
