"Problem with the Digital Camerasi need to know if my fujifilm finepix s1500 is still undewarranty? it only works on the letter c .anything else if will just cut off and i need a phone to call "
Where did you find this camera? Did you get a Warranty Card? Can you talk to the same people you bought it from?
I have the same problem. It says in the owners guide to switch it off and on again. If the problem persists to send it in for repair. Mine is a few months out of warranty and they say I would have to pay for the repairs. I think they are aware of a defect but not willing to take responsibility. I wasted my money. So sorry, but last Fujifilm camera for me.

i have the exact same problem it works again when you erase the memory card i think its nont the actual memory card but a general camera problem ive tried both my sd 8 gb card and sdhc 16 gb card and both have the same problem
I'm not sure how old this is, but I had this identical problem on my Fujifilm Finepix S1500 and the solution was embarrasingly easy and it may be related to this same problem. If your camera has a viewfinder, see if there's an image there. If so, look to see if you have a EVF/LCD button or something similar on the back of the camera. If so, press it. What had happened with me is that my wife likes using the viewfinder for framing and she presses that button to turn off the rear LCD and on the viewfinder. Maybe the button got pressed accidentally. Press it again and it should switch back. Hopefully this is the solution.
