If it's in continuous auto-focus and doing it, then it is just not locking on to one thing and jumping back and forth between two objects that are very close together in distance and it is normal. It should stop in manual, single shot or single point auto-focus. Sony uses Nikon auto-focus technology and my D-300 with a 70-200mmf2.8 will do it if I turn the auto-focus tracking time(lock-on) all the way down with the auto-focus in full auto.

What causes noise and vibration in the lens whe. turned on axa100

It's almost certain that some part of the lens or the supporting framework are faulty. You can try troubleshooting the device with the user manual, but you will probably need to have it repaired. Try checking out the user manual to be sure:

My Sony a200 DSLR is vibrating and making a loud noise HELP!

Since it still takes photos, I don't think it is the shutter. Have you tried cleaning the contacts between the camera and the lens, and does it occur with other lenses ?
The other possibility is that you have activated the sensor cleaning option - check that in the menu.

Everytime i turn on and off my A200(sony DSLR) it shakes and makes noise,, and before it focuses on something it shakes and makes alot of noise?? wahts wrong with it?

It is not your camera, it is your lens, The af lens trying to engage and the gears are grinding. Just for verification go to your nearest camera store and try a different lens on your camera. They will not shake like yours.

Sigma 70-300 +''no lense attached'' w/ sony a200 dslr

Unfortunately, there are electrical differences between early and later Sigma lenses. Although the bayonet connection is the same, and the lens can fit, it will not necessarily connect electrically with the connections on the camera. Sigma can modify the lens for you, but this can be quite costly, and you may be cheaper to look for an alternative lens.

"no lense attached" error message on my sony a200 with a sigma 70

It seems that you may have an older sigma lens which does not have the appropriate electrical connections. Sigma can modify this for you if you contact them, and I believe the cost is reasonable. Although some lenses look very similar, there are electrical differences between earlier and newer lenses, even though they may fit on to your camera mechanically,
