I usually mix at 50:1 useing klotz two stroke oil,or 44:1,klotz is high performance zynthetic oil, also has nice sweet smell when running, keeps the neighbors from complaints on bad smell.
Yes....you do. Add about 4 ounces of synthetic 2 stroke oil to 1 gallon of gas or 2 ounces to 1/2 gallon of gas. The ratio is 50:1 which equates to about 3.6oz/gallon. The extra won't hurt, especially if your equipment is tuned to the "lean" side.
The mixture should be at a 50:1 ratio, using Premium Exact Mix™ 2-cycle engine oil. If Premium Exact Mix™ 2-cycle engine oil is not available, use a high quality 2-cycle engine oil, mixed at a 50:1 ratio.
You can get the manual on the link below if you need it also.
It's 40:1 but there are oil mixes out there now that you can buy that you mix with one gallon of gas and then it is safe for all 2-cycle engines...a real plus if you own multiple units with different mix ratios.
Unless you know better, I would use 40:1. That will give you more oil than needed if it is 50:1 but wont hurt the engine. Do some more checking to get the actual ratio...Lee
well, lindapete, the last guy who posted on here and said it was not the right model number, he is wrong. that is the right model number. generally that model number has a UT in front of it, but any "expert" should know that. below is a great websit to purchase this from, or you can use the part number and search other places, but this is the cheapest I could find you out of my sources. Thanks!
