Hi,
3 possible reasons: You have a virus, your windows installation is corrupted or your hardrive is on its way out.
For the first 2 reasons, do a full recovery.
Last reason, get a new hardrive.

This can also be caused by bad memory modules.
If you have 2 installed, then remove the one from the second slot and just try it with the single stick. If it still crashes, then swap the 2 sticks and try again.
