I have lost my user manual and need a downloadable replacement JVC UXC7 micro component system

if you've used the service manual and problem still exists, then might need to have the backlight replaced by jvc directly. You can reach out to them by calling 1 (800) 252-5722. Thank you.

The JVC UX-GN6 disc ejection lock can be toggled on and off by pressing the Stop and Eject buttons on the main unit (not the remote) when the micro-component system is in standby mode. These buttons are on the bottom row on either side of the Down arrow/Input Selection button. See page 4 of the manual, which is available on the product page: http://support.jvc.com/consumer/product.jsp?modelId=MODL028509 .
