I for got my yahoo security question answer & recovery email & i still know my password but it is not working, i don't open my account about the 5 month that's why some problem but the same em

Forgetting your Yahoo! password or ID can happen to anyone, Yahoo! has established procedures for you to retrieve both without having to create a new account.

The password and ID retrieval process is a short and simple one, but you must follow it exactly. The forgotten password process does not give you the password you created when signing up for the account, it gives you a new one, which you can change later.

Forgotten Password

To recover your Yahoo! account password, click on the "Sign In" link from the Yahoo! homepage, which will take you to the "Sign in to Yahoo!" page.

Follow the "I can't access my account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button. Select the "I forgot my password" radio button on the next page and then click "Next."

Enter your Yahoo! ID and the code as it is shown and then click "Next."
From the following page, choose whether you want your password sent to the alternate email address or cellular phone number given when the account was created, and then click "Next."

An email is then sent to your alternate email address or cellular phone inviting you to reset your password.

Forgotten ID

From the Yahoo! homepage, follow the "Sign In" link located near the top of the page.
On the next page, click on the "I can't access my account" link directly below the yellow "Sign In" button.

On the next page, you must provide the alternate email address, birth date, country of residence and postal code given when the account was created.

When finished, click on the "Next" button and your ID will be emailed to your alternate email address.

Password Security Questions

If you do not have access to the alternate email address or cellphone number provided when the Yahoo! account was created, you must click the "I can't access any of the above" radio button on the "Please select an option to reset your password" page.

After clicking "Next," you must provide the answers to the security questions selected when the account was created before you are able to reset the account's password.

When All Else Fails

If the Yahoo! account password or ID retrieval methods don't work, you may want to create a new Yahoo! account.

This is done by following the "Sign Up" link at the top of the Yahoo! homepage, next to the "Sign In" link mentioned earlier.

If you choose to create a new account, be sure to remember the alternate email and cellular number you provide in case you find yourself in a similar situation down the road.

Me email keeps saying not responding and has for days...

If this is a signing in problem with 'opening page about:blank', then this is not caused by a virus, trojan, or anything like that! Yahoo have been making changes to the appearance of their home page and also their e-mail. As a result, the screen resolution of 800 x 600 on many PCs will no-longer allow you to sign in. Try changing your screen resolution to 1024 x 768

I can sign in but cannot check my mail.- "Not Responding" For the last five days I've not been able to check my mail. The reply I get is " not responding ", Then all I have to do is close the browser.

I can sign into my Yahoo, but once I put in my password and click to open, at the bottom it says "opening page about:blank" but never opens, just freezes there. I cannot access my yahoo mail either. Is this problem witrh yahoo going to resolved soon? How can one access their yahoo mail until then? I found one link with three links for accessing, but all you get is a page that you can see you have mail, but you cannot open anything. All you can do is mark as read, etc, or delete all.

I cannot read my Yahoo mail because the page freezes when I try to open it.

best bet is to close out the window, open another, if youre still signed in, sign out and sign back in again, if that doesnt work, wait a while and try the process again,
