You are trying to use homebrew games on a uncracked PSP. You have to hack your PSP if you want to play homebrew games. Not recommended.

The PSP is unable to play games directly off a website. You must go to the Sony website (On your PSP) and download a game to your memory stick from there. To get to the website, just go into your web browser and click on Bookmarks. Then click on PSP(R). It should take you to the website. Before you can download any games, I think you have to make an account. I've never gone further than this, so I don't know if they'll charge you. Anyway, I hope that answers some questions. ^-^
