Screen Size on my Envision L32W761 TV is cutting off the picture.

Thank you, electroman2...we have a button that when pressed gives you four different screen options: normal, wide, zoom and cinema. None of those options give us a full picture, meaning the top and bottom of what is being shown on tv is cut off a bit, less on the normal selection but still cut off none-the-less. Someone suggested we call our cable company as it may be a set-up issue between our cable box and our tv...hopefully that will help! Also we learned that many commercials are not shot in HD or set up for it, so they will often be cut off a bit and that is the way it is for all.
