I can't type even the password cause the focus is moving from password text box, to Login button, to Cancel, and round and round :((( Please help!

Type "cancel subscription" in the "Enter search text or question" box and press your "Enter" key.

1. Press the small round [Log In / Out] button located on the left side of the Control Panel. The System Administrator Login screen will be displayed.
   
   
2. Enter the System Administrator Login ID using the numeric keypad on the Control Panel, and then select the [Confirm] button on the Touch Screen. The System Administrator Menu screen will be displayed.
