Hi there,
You can order the lower leg clamp as a part from http://bogentripodparts.com/parts/190XDB.htm
Follow the link and check for your part number.

How do I replace a leg release lever of a manfrotto 190XB? One of the three leg release levers is missing. I ordered a spare part (R190,304), but I don't know how to put it in place.

Hi Stefan
Possibly some bad news for you..., the Part #R190,304 you ordered is not made for the #190XB tripod..., it is for a model several years older (though it MAY fit)..., (see link for correct parts diagram)!!!!
http://www.manfrottospares.com/download/pdfs/190XB_20061025.pdf
To easiest way to replace one of the top leg castings is to first remove the centre column and then support the tripod in such a way that the (3) legs are not touching the ground (i.e.: all the weight is supported by the casting through which the centre column would normally mount. You will then need to undo the (3) screw (allen key style) that pierce this casting...., (the reason for wanting to support the tripod via the bottom of this casting is that all the small parts SHOULD stay in place when the top casting is separated from the lower casting. Once this has been done..., carefully remove the leg with the damaged top casting...., replace it (making sure the new one is facing the right direction) & then reverse the procedure.

Hope this helps

Hi, I have just bought the 190CXPRO3 carbon fibre

Little confused here. Is the head the part you want to detach from an older set of legs? Do you want to remove center post from new legs or old legs. The base plate remains on the center post/ Aftre removing 3 set screws, and you want to remove the head from the baseplate and it will not turn, grap slip joint pliers or a pipe wrench, wrap the jaws with cloth ( to prevent marring of head or legs) and while holding head with wrench, have someone else turn legs

A couple of the lever locks on my Manfrotto 055XB tripod are no longer sufficiently locking the legs so they slip. How do I tighten them?

Use an 8mm, I believe, socket and tighten 1/4 turn the nuts on the lower half of the leg lock. For instance, the top leg lock is connected to the top and middle leg. Tighten the lower 2 nuts (located on the middle leg half of the lock) 1/5 turn. If that does not do it, tighten 1/4 turn again. Be sure not to over-tighten.

Broken leg clip on Manfrotto Modo 785B tripod the head is non-removable on this model and I don't want to have to replace whole tripod so is there somewhere I can buy a new leg clip or get it...

Yes you can. But I saw that your Manfrotto is possible to buy for 50 Euro.
Anyway the part you need is the full leg called CODE:
R785,203B
you can see the datasheet on the spare part site of Manfrotto:

Breakdown Manfrotto 3265 ball head from 190xb tripod

IT SOME TIMES TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT TO SEPARTE THE HEAD FROM THE TRIPOD. MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE 3 LITTLE SCREWS FROM BELOW THE HEAD, AND MAKE SURE THE TRIPOD AND HEAD ARE NOT COLD. IF THEYA RE WARM THEY WILL SEPARATE EASIER.
