Mostly a phone is not locked to a single provider but to a group of providers. My Vodafone phone would work ok on O2 and t mobile but not Orange so I had no trouble using Asda mobile until they changed their provider from Voda to EE. In my case, it wasn't possible to unlock my phone economically and I needed a new phone to stay with Asda.
I suggest you get a sim from your provider of choice and try it in your phone. It might work and might not. If it doesn't your new provider might be able to supply an unlock code or alternatively your local phone doctor will typically charge around £10 to unlock it for you.
There is no free unlocking for this mobile as far as I'm aware of, if you want to be sure just google.. however don't use the free reset codes as they will damage your phone most likely (get 'phone freeze').
A reliable place to get it unlocked is here: http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com/samsung-s3350-unlock-codes/
or a bit cheaper but you do need some computer knowledge by cable here: http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com/samsung-S3350-unlock-by-cable/
You must unlock your phone using samsung sgh-m150 unlock code for tesco network. This code can you get from tesco or you can buy from third party sites, but don't try to use free samsung unlock code from internet since most of them is a fake code and it will not work on your phone.
Hi,
It sounds as though you have to unlock your phone. Tesco will do it for you but only in person. Unfortunately, they do not provide consumers with unlock codes. There are companies that will provide you with unlock codes at a nominal price. Try these two (2) sites:
1. Instant Unlock Only $1.89Unlock Any Phone Instantly! Use Any Sim In Any PhoneUnlock Nowwww.cell-unlockers.com/ 2. FreeCellPhoneUnlock features freeunlockcodes, phone unlocking software & apps! free-cell-phone-unlock.com
Good luck and all the best

Look around for free unlock codes for your phone (if there are any.) Also, be careful of "too cheap" unlock sites if paid unlocking is your only option.
There are no free unlock codes for Sony Ericssons, you can get an unlock code only from the handsets original network (eg Tesco) or you can unlock the phone using tools such as SeTool...
On Tesco if you topup with at least £30 they provide the unlock code for you for free, so if youve already topped it up by that amount try calling them...
Otherwise take it to a decent phone shop and they should be able to unlock it for you
you need to have the phone unlock , you can do this online at www.mobile2mobile.net or www.unlockitnow.com, take the phone to a mobile service center and ahve them unlock it for a fee...unlocking is not a free service
