Hi, We have a second hand mp 7500 copier in our office and some idiot blocked the pin entry on it. Is there a default or reset code available to override the pin system? Please help, i have no manual for it or a service number

Enter in the user tools.Enter SP mode then enable the user code mode by selecting SET.Turn OFF the power switch.Remove the plastic cap on the right upper cover.Conect the key counter shortcircuit connector and turn ON the main switch.Reset the user code and turn OFF the machine and disconnect the shortcircuit connector.Turn ON the main switch and check the operation.
