I have a Faema Due. Every time I press the right group buttons (any button) to extract, the left group also deliver water. The problem does not work is in reverse. I notice this start to happen as I get hot water at the end of the day. It seems the controller somehow try to synchronize the 2 groups! How to stop this from happening?

The brew valve on that side needs to be replaced, the expansion valve will also need to be checked/replaced.

I have a Faema E91 3 group. I need to change it from 3 phase to single phase. any advise you can give

No, you will not have to change the elements, though the connexion cable will have to be approximately twice as thick. The three phases will, of course, deliver their power alternately, and the thinner neutral cable takes account of that. Do seek professional advice before connecting it to the mains supply.

I have a Faema E91 3 group and all the buttons click and work except two.

Try reprogramming buttons if that doesn't work, then the keypad is going out.

Faema due

It is possible that the solenoid on the group head is blocked, or the coil is damaged, or the metering jet on the top of the head is blocked. Since there is no click then I think the coil might be the problem. Disconnect the black electrical cover with screw in the middle, lift up and using an ohms meter check for resistance between left and right curved prongs. The flat one is the ground so ignore that one. If you have resistance, then remove the 14mm discharge chute, then the nut, washer and large flat washer and slide out the coil. DO NOT REMOVE THE SOLENOID FROM THE HEAD UNLESS YOU HAVE BREW VALVE GASKET TO REPLACE THE OLD ONES. TURN OFF THE WATER AT SUPPLY VALVE. MAKE SURE MACHINE IS COLD. Using a wrench remove the silver part of the solenoid body from the brass part connected to the head. Check the 2 holes in there and make sure they are clear, you can briefly turn on the water to see if it flows out of there careful it be a powerful stream. Reassemble and test group head.

Bought a used Faema Eurostar Combi. Don't have a

If it's the same as the used one I just picked up, there is a dial position for coffee, with a little cup on it. The dial position for steam is the one that cares about the positoin of the steam/hot water button.
The coffee position will never use steam and you don't need worry about the position of the steam button if you're not frothing milk.

I have a faema due automatic single group. Works fine except I cannot program shots. I hold down the "stop" button as per the manual, but there is no "beep" initiating the programming mode. What is wrong?

Hold down button for 8 to 10 seconds. If that is not working then you might have the older model in which you have to hold down the stop plus the button that you are programming until you get the desired volume then release button and stop button.

That is serious, that means the grinder is jammed or not working. To check the components of the machine follow these instructions.
Press and hold the steam button and turn on the machine, when you see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction, release the button. Turn the coffee dial to the left and press the steam button, the grinder should turn. Dial on the right and pressing coffee ****. water pump runs. Press steam ****. brew group go up, dial 1/4 to left B/Group down.
If grinder not turning the motor is bad. Hope it will help to find out.
