Fax quality poor when recieving fax from samsung scx 4521F

Good Day Sir, Hope my suggested solution will resolve your problem.

Condition: The incoming fax has a blank spaces or is of poor-quality.

Solution:

• The fax machine sending you the fax may be faulty.
• A noise phone line can cause line errors.
• Check your machine by making a copy.
• The toner cartridge, referring to "Replacing the Toner Cartridge".

1. Open the Front door.
2. Pull the toner cartridge out and remove it from the printer.
3. Gently shake the toner cartridge from side to side five or six times to redistribute the toner.
