I had Norton 360 on my laptop when I bought it. after months of letting the subscription last I finally decided to pay and update it. After doing so I have not been able to connect to the internet. My computer finds the wireless router and connects giving me limited access but won't let me connect to the internet because windows Vista can't assign me an IP address now or use the printer on the network. Plus now I can't open the Norton and when I try to uninstall it through the add or remove programs screen it will not allow me to saying it can't find the file or path. Has anyone else had this problem and better yet can anyone tell me how to fix it.

I already tried that and still having the same problem. Norton really messed up something. Basically I put an Anti-virus software on to prevent viruses and it decided to act like one.
I finally resolved the problem. I had to download the Norton Uninstall program on a different computer and copy it to a disk then run it on the laptop. Then the computer still wouldn't connect after Norton was uninstalled so I then had to do a system restore to before Norton was updated and then reinstall Norton again. So far everything is working.
