Here's the page from the user guide telling how to copy pictures from the internal memory to the memory card:

You don't. The Z730 works with MMC and SD cards, not with SDHC cards. While SDHC cards will fit into the slot, they are electronically incompatible. You need to use cards 2GB and smaller.
The problem that you describe indicates that your Kodak EasyShare software has somehow become corrupted. Uninstall the software (use the uninstall feature, not just delete) then download and install the current software from the kodak.com web site (this is a no-cost download). That should cure the problem, but if it doesn't I suggest that you contact Kodak customer service via their web site.
if your using a printer dock make sure the ribbon is cleared or not torned., now try to unplug/replug the power cable of the printer dock 2x, then try to print! if its failed download the latest firmware of the printer dock at kodak.com/go/downloads., then you just need to follow the instruction on the website.
If your using a Dock., the dock is not capable of printing! I hope i answered your question Gudluck!
Not sure if this will help, but you might try removing the batteries from camera, then see if it responds on the dock, if so it is most likely bad battery. That battery should be easy enough to find at locally.
You might wanna try the Interactive Troubleshooter on Kodak's site. http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/products/ekn030483.jhtml?pq-path=6861
