It seems as serious disk drive error
to try fixing any errors that may be present on drive please run from command prompt [as admin] cd /D <faulty drive letter>
then chkdsk /r if asks to unmount <or scan after reboot if it is sys disk> say Yes <lonely Y also does the job>
this should fix the trouble, if not please send message

<span>When the computer/laptop cannot see a boot file/disk on either the hard disk or floppy drive it gives an error message </span>- <span>"No bootable device. Insert boot disk and press any key"</span><span><br /><br />First thing, check to see if the is a floppy disk inthe floppy drive, if so removes this disk.</span><br /><span>If there was no disk in the floppy drive then it maybe a hard disk problem.<br />Check the BIOS to see if the hard disk is detected, if not open the case and re-seat the data cable on the hard drive and also where it connects to the motherboard disk controller.<br />If it still gives this error message and the BIOS does not detect this hard drive, then the hard drive is probably faulty.<br /><br />A further check on the hard drive, remove the hard drive and connect it to an USB hard drive adapter and connect it to a working computer's USB port, if this computer does not detect it as an external storage device then the hard drive is faulty.<br /><br />To get the computer operating again, install a new hard drive in your computer and then install Windows on this hard drive plus the computer's device drivers and your programs.</span>

First, extract all data that you have on the hard-drive, while you still can.
Seagate's web-site suggests that you first download and run Seagate's "Drive Fitness Tool", which exercises the disk-drive, and produces a "fitness" report. If it fails, then delete all your "private" files, and either take the drive back to the retail location where you bought it, or get an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) from Seagate, to get permission from Seagate to return the drive to them, for them to analyze the disk, and probably replace it.
