Hello sir,

When the Canon IR 3300 switchs on it displays the Error code E000602-0003 please help me what to do

    I have a similar problem. When I switch on my Canon IR 3300, I get E000019-0000 error message. Turning it off then on doesn't reset it or fix the problem. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Just replace the hard disk and re install fresh software. Yes this is a common problem with this model. Actually it is noted it happens a lot when power cuts are present. Or the machine is powered off recklessly.

    I researched the solution for error code E000602-0003: Your hard drive is going bad. Using the DSK CHK utility (1&9 while powering up) may fix the bad sector and get rid of the error by trying HD clear & then HD check for every sector in service mode , but more likely than not, the error will come back. You can try to upgrade the system software as well. If nothing works, you need to get the HDD replaced. This problem happens alot in these models. Hope this helps. ~Angela~

the error code appears when a tension arm (front or rear) of the ITB tension roller is broken.check the tension arms (front and rear) for breakage. If either of the arms is broken, replace it with a new one.

This is HDD related problem, try : turn off copier pres 1 and 9 (hold it ) then turn on the copier. That initalizes the hdd defragmentation. if does not help, you need to change the hdd and "fill" it with system software.
