Did you try connecting it to an external monitor? Then try software updates and see if you can roll back the driver for the monitor or the computer to when it worked right.
This can indicate a damaged file. Or, on some flash drives you will recieve this message when you try to access the file directly on the drive.
One suggestion, try copying the file from the flash drive to the desktop. Then right click the file on the desktop, and on the properties, make sure it is not set to read only.
