Whirlpool duet washer FH Code I have removed the hoses and cleaned them as well as the screens. They all appeared clean. I am still getting the FH code. It seems to happen more around the rinse cycle
If this is happening during your rinse cycle it is more than likley your flowmeter. Try running a cycle using cold water only. If it works with no problems it is your flowmeter. If this is happening during your rinse cycle it is more than likley your flowmeter. Try running a cycle using cold water only. Whirlpool Home AppliancesQuestion: Display shows F20 or FH - Front-load washer. Answer. Image. or. Image. or. Image. This error code indicates a water supply problem. Are both the hot ...
The FH error code means the computer on the control board didnt detect any water entering the washer..sometimes it doesnt detect the water entering because the filter screens on the water inlet valve are clogged with sediment and water is having a hard time entering the washer.
The filter screens can be checked by turning off water at the faucets and disconnecting the fill hoses from the back of the machine and pop the screens out of where the hoses connect at the washer and check for blockage in them. If they are found to be clean, check the water coming out of the hoses before connecting them back to the washer...if the screens are clean and water pressure is good out of the hoses the part of the washer called the FLOW METER would need to be replaced

The first thing I would check is shut off the cold water valve at the wall and remove the hose at the washer.carefully pry out the little screen in the inlet and clean well, reconnect hose and turn water back on FH is a water inlet issue I am hoping that what is happening is that when the washer starts its wash cycle it is probably filling with warm (hot) and cold water at the same time even though it might be mostly hot,but when it comes time to rinse (cold water ) there is not enough to make the computer happy and you get your FH error.. Hope this Helps,,If not your probley looking at a new fill valve assy
The FH code on the Whirlpool Duet washers indicates that the unit is not detecting water fill at the flowmeter. The flowmeter sits right in front of the water inlet valve and is attached via a hose and is off to the left of the central control unit (ccu). If the washer seems to be filling alright, check out the wiring from the flowmeter to the control unit. Make sure all connections are clean and tight. These connections have been known to jiggle loose and cause this code. Hope this helped and best wishes.

fh means no water coming into washer. remove cold water line from back of washer and see if the screen in the valve is clogged. if so, remove screen and clean it, if not replaced water valve
