Well....the first thing you need to check is see if you have power going to your RY9 relay. If you do, there is a good chance the relay is bad (if you haven't already) If you don't have power going to that relay, you have to trace where the power is being lost. Fuses is usually a go to. According to the schematic there is an inductor in line with the netural line, check that. As well as an inductor with the lead, and several fuses.
Usually the microwave is plugged into a ground fault protected outlet. Push the buttons on the receptical and power should come on. The ground fault may be above your counter top and protects the plug your microwave is pluffed into.
The following is a solution for the Panasonic brand microwave. I do not know your brand so this is the best I can do.
PANASONIC
Model: NE-1057, NE-1057C, NE-1257, NE-1077, NE-1277, NE-1457, NE-1457C,
NE-1757, NE-1477, NE-1777
Symptom: Code "F11" or "F12" appears on the display intermittently
Problem: Moisture is accumulating on control panel from steam rising out
of the door.
Solution: Install foam sealer (cushion rubber) along lower edge of control
panel escutcheon. Part # A8251-3180
