Please note that most universal remotes only have codes for TVs that were released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than the URC-6131, you may need a new universal remote. (The URC-6131 manual has a copyright date of 2003. This version of the manual was scanned in February 2003.)
According to the manual for the URC-6131, the codes for Panasonic TV are
0250, 0051

The listing I have shows 0154, 0159 as the codes for a Sanyo TV. This listing is from the website "hifi-remote.com". If your remote only requires three digits, drop the zero. Hope this helps.
