Questions of this nature have been asked before, and the general consensus of opinion is that it is not possible. As webcams are available on Ebay for as little as £3, that may be the best course of action.
Before connecting the charger keep these in mind: volts current in amperes, polarity. If anything goes out of range your camera may burn out. Don't try a 'min' or 'max' just use the exact charger ratings. In electronic stores there are these variable adapters available on which the output can be varied. Get one of those, they are cheap and you can use them to charge multiple items.
