Hi. I have a Meile T380 drier. The on-off button

It is most likely a blown thermal fuse located on the blower housing next to the heating element caused by restricted exhaust vent on the drier. Check the vent and clean it out if plugged up it will not stay running.

Hi I used my drier and worked fine, went to turn it off and light stayed on and the off button would not turn off.
Turned it off via the plug, now will not come back on.
What is the fault , and is it easy to fix

sounds like the door switch is loose/broken, here is a website to remove the front panel and other information, Good Luck Tim:

The pressure/ temp switch on the reciever drier is what the system uses to determine if the system has enough freon. Most likley cause assuming system is properly charged. You can pull actual values through the a/c push button module. If you cannot see an erratic value your best bet is to have the system scanned for codes.

The bad news is 99.9% the motor is gone

all you have to do is:
select half load
set drier timer to required time. set main timer to dry program

i suspect you are not pressing half load button - this is essential

meile t5206 not heating up,everything else working ok. I have ensured all filters and vent pipes clear

Press Hot Water and Steam Button at same time.
