If you have checked the fuses, brushes, continuity, and slip rings and still have no power to the rear slip ring, there could be a problem with the wiring or connections in the welder. Some things to check include:
- Inspecting the wiring for any damage or lose connections
- Inspecting the connections for any corrosion or damage
- Checking the terminals for tightness
- Inspecting the generator for any damage or issues
- Checking the voltage regulator to ensure that it is functioning properly
Additionally, it's also possible that the problem could be with the generator itself or the alternator, if the generator is not producing enough power, that could affect the rear ring.
It's highly recommended to take your welder to a certified Miller Electric welder repair service center, they will be able to diagnose and fix the issue. They have the right tools and knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. It's also important to check the manual of the welder to check if there are any other troubleshooting steps that you can follow.
I have checked all breakers and Fuses. No power going to the breaker in or out.
