My virgin moble phone does'nt send messages at all i send them but then a get a message back saying your MSG could not be delivered because InvalidServiceTypCB#

Hi Julia, your phone settings for sending messages needs adjusting, the setting should be set to "keep sending" or "never stop" probably is set for hours or days!

Hi, please check whether you have changed the Message Center number in the Message Sending Settings of your Cellphone. Please contact the Customer Care of your network Carrier to get the Message Center number. Then try sending messages it should work. Let me know if you face any problems in the above mentioned steps.

if your virgin mobile phone support blocking messages find screen message or message settings. nokia 1208 if you have a friend with this phone he/she migth help you or give an idea to configure your msg setting

More than likely a co-worker used the "send message" feature on thier set. Under where it says "message for you" one of the soft keys should say MSG. Press the MSG soft key then the ERASE soft key. That will return your screen to normal.

I think when you send text message it says message failed...right..???

This is because there is option in your mobile called as message service centre number.please check weather this number is correct.Call your service provider and you can get this number.

And also there is an option called as reply via same message centre please put this to 'NO'. now you can send messages

To go to this options please check follow these steps....
1.open 'menu'
2.open 'messages'
3.Go to 'message settings'
4.in that open 'text message'
5.there is an option called as 'message centre',please entre your new message centre number and save it. set this as your message centre
6.Check the option 'reply via same centre' and please put it to 'NO'

You may need to delete picture messages, check if you have any saved messages (these are saved to your SIM).
Generally, the only other option would be to reset your phone.
To do a master reset, go to your Menu, then select Settings. Under the General tab, scroll down to Master reset and press select. Select Reset All and press yes.
If prompted, the default passcode is 0000.
Please note that a Master Reset will return the phone to its factory default settings (including locking a phone to the carrier if it has been unlocked). All user data and settings will be deleted. If you have any files or information you would like to save, you should either back it up to a memory stick or your computer. Your contacts can be backed up to the memory stick or your SIM card.
