I tryed to put a code on my phone then it locked me out and i did it ten times now its saying that my phone is permenetly locked and can not be unlocked

well the code is to be 0000, if that does not work then you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the code for you.

Try taking out the sim card and then put it back in or bring it to the store you bought it at see if they have a bypass code

You need to call your customer service center. The PUK code is a SIM password and activates if you attempt to input in incorrect security code too many times...I think 3 is the limit. Once you call them they should be able to give you that code and PIN.

Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
