You probably need a new cable for it. Go to this link for Quinny Parts and you can either fill out the form or call them directly at their 800 number shown and they should be able to help you.
I hope this was helpful, DutchTexan

I just bought a new quinny buzz but the brakes are not working?

Hi Michael

If the product is under 28 days old please return it to retailer with proof of purchase and they may offer an exchange (this is at the discretion of the retailer) If not then you would need to return it to the retailer for them to send into our engineers for inspection & repair.

You may also find the Buzz brake adjustment assists in resolving the situation for you.

Quinny buzz brakes arent working

The Quinny Buzz brakes can be adjusted (and should be periodically as part of the ongoing maintenance of the product to ensure good performance)

The brakes may require periodic adjustment. To do this, use two 8mm spanners to unlock the lock nut from the long barrel nut. Adjust the brake cable and retighten the lock nut. Test the brakes to ensure a positive engagement and disengagement after adjustment.
