Help needed replacing Hotpoint Aqualtis belt and pulley wheel!

New belts fit vary tight. You probably have the right one. It takes a lot of force to stretch it in place. Ask someone else to do it for you.

I have a Kenmore 70 series dryer that is not spinning. When turned on u can here the Moter but it won't spin. Belt looks ok.

Is the motor pulley rotating? if it is , how tight is the belt, is the motor pulley turning and the belt slipping? Is the motor weak perhaps, if it is not turning, or has lost power it may need replacing. if it does rotate and the belt is slipping replace the belt and possibly the pulley if you have that option.

Belts need replacing how do i do it?

Pull washer out a couple of feet and tilt it back, lifting the front. Rest against the wall. The belts are on the bottom. Remove the drain pump belt, and you'll get to the drive belt. The motor is installed on a plate and held by a spring. To install the belts easier, push motor towards the transmission pulley when installing new belts. Part numbers: 211124 for the pump belt, and 211125 for the drive belt. Set of both belts: 12112425.
The set of both belts includes an instruction sheet also.

I need a new belt for my Husky air compressor but I don't know

This is a simple way to replace your belt without the old one for comparison. Use a piece of rope thick enough to fit inside the pulley, (cloths line works well). Simple wind it around the pulleys marking where the two ends meet. Cut and measure it. Take the piece of rope and measurement to a auto parts store and ask them to match it up. An automotive belt will work fine.
If this is a flat belt they should still be able to help you.

Belt Removal and Replacement

No.  The motor and pump assembly need to come off.
There is 4 1/2 inch bolts that hold this assembly to the main mechanism.  2 on top and 2 on bottom.  Work belt off bottom pulley on transmission and then remove these bolts.  Turn motor over and remove 3 torx screws holding pump to motor.  Install new belt then reinstall pump with 3 screws.  Reinstall assemblt to mech.  Pu top 2 screws in first then bottom 2.  Be sure belt goes on left side of black plastic idler pulley.  Work belt around transmission pulley.  You can press on opposite end of idler pulley arm to loosen belt tension.  Make sure belt is on all pulleys before testing.
