SOURCE: I broke the wheel on my Proforce (VPP0200604) air

The wheel kit has been discontinued so I would go to http://www.mastertoolrepair.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=wheel&x=23&y=9 and see if you can match one up.

Hi I have a coleman pro force air compressor and the fan blade on the motor came lose, do you know where I can get a new one. The center hole is egged out and some of the finns are broke off. The serial #...

This compressor appears to be an obsolete model, and the parts diagram (https://mastertoolrepair.com/air-compressor-parts-vpp0200604-vp0200604-p-14827.html) does not show a part number for the fan blade. This means it was either a subcomponent of another assembly -- probably the pump unit itself -- or it is out of stock permanently. I'd suggest you take the old blade and fill the mounting hole with epoxy, then after it cures, drill a new hole and reinstall it. Otherwise, your compressor is likely "toast."

Need piston rod for rep0200604 compressor

A search of your model number turns up a powermate compressor. Unfortunately the piston rod is not available as a seperate part, you have to order the entire pump/motor unit. The only place I could find it was at this link: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/powermate-vpp0200604-single-stage-oil-lubricated-air-compressor-parts-c-117046_117047_117049.html.

Will not fill with air where can I get parts?

Below is a link for parts to a Coleman compressor model #VPP0200604. Not positive but I think that is what you have.

However before you buy anything how do you know what the problem is? Is the motor running? If the problem is that it's just worn out you may find it difficult to get parts for rebuilding it. What you have is whats commonly referred to as a throw away pump. The second link show the pumps replacement cost, around $85.00. If you do manage to get rebuild parts for it they will cost at least that much.
You can get a Senco at Home Depot which is a couple grades up from yours for around $125.00.

Your compressor is really not worth the effort to rebuild it.

If on the other hand your compressors motor is not starting up please include any details in a response to this and I'll try and troubleshoot it for you.
Hope this helps.

6 gallon proforce air compressor not building any pressure

You might have a broken valve. You'll need to pull the head apart. But make sure replacement parts are available first. Does this unit have an unloader valve on it ? That could also be your problem. You probably should check this first

Broken Part. Need Replacement

If you refer to the oil filler plug, item #6 in the diagram linked here, it's listed as obsolete.

If refer to the intake filter, It's item #3 on the diagram, it too is listed obsolete.

I would contact Master Tool Repair at 757-410-2879. They can cross the part to another once they know the thread size of the old part.
