Error Message E4 54037380

I keep getting the same error message [Error Message E4 54037380]. I started receiving this message after 6 months. I've cleaned the lens over and over again and I have disconnected it for hours at a time and I still get this error message. PLEASE HELP!

Call manufactor and see if your serial number qualifies for a firmware upgrade.

How to fix an error 99 on a Sigma 24-70 mm lens

The error 99 on your Canon is the last thing the camera can think of, if it really does not know what is wrong.
If you don't have the message when using a different lens, and the error keeps coming back with that lens, you are right it is in the lens. But again the camera can;t find out what.
The only thing you can do is make sure the contacts are clean and shiny and nothing os blocking free movement of all the parts on the lens. If you can't get it working correct, please contact a Certified Sigma service centre.

I hav a clarion auto cd/stereo displaying err 6 please explain, thank you

Error 1.Battery inside CD Changer needs to be replaced.
Error 2.CD error message. Mechanism has as eject problem or takes a long time to select CD.
Error 3.CD error message. The pick-up is out of focus during play mode due to scratches on the disc or contamination.
Error 4.Connection problem. Reconnect the data cable.
Error 5.CD error message. Could not read correct data due to CD ROM.
Error 6.CD error message. Could not read data from disc because it is upside-down.

For error code 6:
Try an original purchased cd with no scratches and see if the cd player reads it. If yes then lens is dirty or tired so try using a cleaning cd(has little brushes on it). If it doesn't read with the original cd try using the cleaning cd and if no go then look at purchasing a new cd player!

Receiving error message: 3403 1E1B Camedia Olympus C-5000

The problem you are describing is a problem with one of the sensors in the lens assembly. It seems to have failed and needs to be replaced.

Olympus will charge a flat rate repair fee for this product. The cost is $144 plus your local sales tax. This covers parts and labor, factory cleaning and diagnostic check, 6 month warranty and the cost of shipping the product back to you is all included in that price.

Above is the link to the Olympus website that explains about how to send the camera in for service.

Lens Error, Restart

Hi

What you are seeing is a generic stuck lens error message, turning off the camera and turning it on again will not fix the lens unfortunately.

Your lens needs to be cleaned or repaired, and if it cant be repaired it needs to be replaced. There are online places that will do it for a decent price and there are others that overcharge by way too much.

Fixya rules prevent me from giving you a link to anything off Fixya that would help you fix your camera.

Good luck from....

"No Disc" error message

remove the cover of the unit and try to clean the lens with a soft clean dry cotton swab or if you have a compress air cleaner, just blow it. most of the time cleaning can solved this kind of problem. good luck!
