My computer was accidentally turned off while my camera was still on and plugged into the computer via the USB cord. Now I am unable to download pictures from the camera...help!!!
Unplug your camera cable from your computer, restart your computer , plug again your camera while pc was on, the screen will display press to download then ok.

Another way is to go to 'my computer" than either f: or g: drive should have your camera on it. You can access pictures here and drag n drop into another file.
