The drain hose is too far in your wall creating a syphone make sure that it is only 6 inches in your wall. this is the only thing that can make that happen.

Your model has only one belt that goes around motor, transmission, and drain pump pulleys. Most likely it is the cam bearing kit that has worn. That kit includes the big yellow pulley under machine at center and btake cam and associated washers and bearing. It also could be drain Pump seized up or could be motor is bad.
I HAVE AN ATLANTIS MAYTAG WASHER . I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND I SOLVED AS FOLOLWS. REMOVED THE MOTOR, I APPLIED GENERAL PURPOSE GREASE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SLIDING MOTOR SURFACE PLATE (MOTOR BASE) . THE GRASE HELPS THE MOTOR TO SLIDE BECAUSE AS YOU KNOW THE MOTOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY ADJUSTMENT. TRY IT PLEASE . GOOD LUCK
