I have a Whirlpool Self Cleaning Oven with Accubake System. I used the self cleaning feature and ever since, the oven no longer heats up. There are no errors on the control panel. The fan still works as well as the timers, etc. I check the circuit breaker panel and that is not an issue. I've tried all different settings; bake, broil, etc.

Recently replaced control panel. Now only clock is on, however, none of the buttons are working. So can't adjust time or even turn in oven or timer etc.

When you use your self clean feature, your oven heats up to over 800 degrees and this normally takes your electronic computer control board out.

I would first check the elements and thermal fuses of the oven. Verify that these parts have continuity. ( See videos -- https://www.repairclinic.com/Video/Video-Landing/569-/Oven-Won-t-Heat-Thermal-Fuse-Test-Gas-Electric-Oven-Repair and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8w1w45TrnU ) If all of those components are good, then the control board is likely the culprit. http://www.fixyourboard.com Can remanufacture your no longer available control board. We also back our workmanship on our rebuilt boards for 2 years. ( the best in the industry! ) If you end up needing a touchpad/keypad too, they have those as well ! I have an older Roper by Whirlpool self cleaning oven. It does not have a door lock or timer. Do I just close the door and turn the oven to clean and it will indicate when the cycle is done?

Never ever use the features of a Self Cleaning Oven. We see the damage they do here on Fixya, and the worst is the door not unlocking, and the most expensive is when they fry the mainboard.

They all have a door interlock. If you were to open it when it was running, it would frizz your eyebrows!

My whirlpool oven model RBD245 is locked after the self cleaning cycle, it does not heat up even if i open the latch with a tool?

Whirlpool have the self clean latch assembly solenoid go bad and wont return back to unlock the switch to tell the control is is no longer in self clean. Replace the self clean latch assembly or make sure the switch on the assembly is in the non self clean mode, If the oven starts working then you know the problem if it still doesn't work then there may be other issues.

Your thermal fuse or TOD mounted to the back of the oven went out during the self clean,it shuts off the power to the elements.
The oven must be removed from the wall to change this.

Whirlpool 27" wall oven. no heat after self clean

Self cleaning features are not recommended by most appliance technicians. The ovens are not constructed satisfactorily to expel the 1000 degree heat, Therefore the thermal fuses blow as well as other parts failures.
Remove the oven. Remove the rear panel. Replace the thermal fuse in the back of the oven. Use Easy Off next time.
