Hi just a tip from experience, grind the coffee fine and keep the spout ( where the coffee comes out) very near the cup, while making the coffee.

basicaly all you can do is unplug machine, turn off the water and cool machine to cold. then take apart the group head working back to the boiler till you find the blockage.
Remove the shower screen and try again if that does work then the machine is blocked at the top of the group (Big nut on top front) in the metering jet.
The drain **** is either blocked or bend or is making a big bend which is blocking water in it a this making dificult for the drain water to flow. Their is also a smal chance the main drain pipe to be blocked so you can try to put the drain hose inside a bucket to check if the water can run through you drain hose
Remove portafilter, shower and screw and run the head. Did you get a nice steady flow or a weak drip. If a weak drip then the solenoid or the metering jet on the head is blocked and needs to be cleaned. If you get a nice flow the adjust the grind on the coffee to coarser.
The coffee solenoid valve which is located on the coffee group is having a dirt which is keeping it always open and the water is direct with the mains on this valve so you have continuing water out from the group head. You have to close the water mains valve to stop this. Remove valve and clean it. Dry coffee on the valve can cause also the same problem so clean the valve.
